By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below.
PROPERTY MUST BE READY: All preparations, cleaning, or staging, must be done before your appointment. If there is cleaning, staging, or preparing needed on-site (within reason), there will be a $50.00 prep fee or if the shoot cannot be done, there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
PROPERTY ACCESS: If the space is vacant, please provide the lockbox code in the booking notes. If there is no code provided and no one is present to grant access, there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
360 TOUR SHOOT: If you order a 360 Tour please be aware no one will be allowed in any room that is being photographed. This is a special type of camera and it captures every direction at once so the space must be empty of people. If we show up and this is not possible there there will be a $75.00 trip fee.
360 TOUR HOSTING: We will deliver 360 Tours for upload to major real estate property aggregators ie: Zillow, Redfin etc. If you would like your tour hosted privately for your own site there will be a $50.00 fee for each year you wish to keep it live.
LICENSING AGREEMENT: Customers of Setaro House are paying for a “Photography Service” and are purchasing a non-transferable “License to Use” of the photographs. Photographs may not be given or re-sold to be used by someone else.
AMENITY PHOTOS: Community amenity photos can be added to your photo shoot for an additional $99.00. Please add this to the "notes" section when placing your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.
DISTANCE CHARGE: We are located in Monmouth County, NJ, and offer competitive pricing so we tend not to take work outside of here unless the job cost exceeds $500, we hope you understand.

Basic - up to 5k sqf, includes an initial draft with 2 revisions.
Advanced - up to 10k sqf, includes the ability to walk through a space in Virtual Reality.
Expert - up to 15k sqf, includes the ability to walk through a space in Virtual Reality.
Enterprise - up to 20k sqf, includes the ability to interact with objects.
